Refund Policy

At Infinity Academy, we strive to provide a positive learning experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Below is our refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course enrollment.
• A refund will only be issued if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
• Refunds are not available for courses that have been fully completed or accessed beyond the above limit.

2. Non-refundable Items

• Courses specifically marked as “Non-refundable” in the course description are not eligible for refunds.
• Any materials, tools, or certificates provided free of charge or at a discounted rate with course enrollment are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

• To request a refund, please email us  with your order number and a brief reason for your request.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon approval. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

4. Course Cancellations by Infinity Academy

• In the event that Infinity Academy cancels a course, students enrolled will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to another course.

5. Changes to This Policy

Infinity Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated policy.

• سيتم معالجة الاستردادات في غضون 7 أيام عمل من الموافقة. قد يستغرق ظهور الاسترداد في حسابك 3-5 أيام عمل إضافية حسب طريقة الدفع.

4. إلغاء الدورات من قبل أكاديمية إنفينيتي

• في حال قامت أكاديمية إنفينيتي بإلغاء دورة، سيتم تقديم استرداد كامل للطلاب المسجلين أو منحهم خيار تحويل التسجيل إلى دورة أخرى.

5. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

تحتفظ أكاديمية إنفينيتي بالحق في تعديل سياسة الاسترداد هذه في أي وقت. سيتم نشر أي تغييرات على موقعنا الإلكتروني، ويعني الاستمرار في استخدام خدماتنا قبول أي سياسة محدثة.
